• Payment Processing: Handle subscriptions for Elite Membership and one-time Spotlight Boost purchases

• Legal Compliance: Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. AI AND DATA PROCESSING
Our AI systems process your data to:

• With Other Users: Your profile information (name, photos, bio, voice/video, Trust Score) is visible to your matches
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who assist in providing our Service:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- OpenAI (AI matching and coaching features)
- MongoDB Atlas (database hosting)
- Resend (email delivery)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to government requests
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove your profile from public view immediately. Most data is permanently deleted within 30 days

• Verification Data: ID scans and verification photos are retained encrypted for Trust Score integrity but can be deleted upon request after account closure
